The Vulcan C24EO5AF convection steamer connects to an existing water line to automatically fill its reservoir. Because of this, the unit does not require filtration, treatment, or de-liming, and it does not use a boiler. As many as 5 food pans can cook inside the unit at once. When the steamer does require maintenance, its side panels can be removed for access to internal components.

The controls of the Vulcan C24EO5AF convection steamer are manual and include a 60-minute timer knob. To check on product, the heavy-duty door can be opened during steaming, and the wire pan racks and steam panel are dishwasher safe. The unit's interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and easy to clean.
