The Vulcan C24EO5AF convection steamer can hold as many as 5 food pans at once and connects to an existing water line to automatically fill its reservoir to stamped-in water level lines. Since it does not use a boiler to produce steam, it does not require filtration, treatment, or de-liming. Removable side panels provide full access to internal components when the steamer requires maintenance.
The manual controls of the Vulcan C24EO5AF convection steamer include a 60-minute timer knob. Its heavy-duty door can be opened during the steaming process to check on product, and the wire pan racks and steam panel are dishwasher safe. Made of stainless steel, the unit's interior and exterior are corrosion resistant and can be wiped clean quickly.
