The Vulcan C24ET10 convection steamer has two individually controlled compartments and holds as many as 20 full-size pans. A variety of food can be steamed at once because steam does not mix flavors. To keep users updated on its status, this steamer has ready lights and cooking lights, and its steam timers audibly buzz after finishing a cycle. Continuous steaming is also possible since the generator's reservoirs self-refill during steam cycles.

To withstand heavy use, the Vulcan C24ET10 floor model steamer is made of stainless steel inside and out. This material is warp and rust resistant, and the unit's adjustable feet help it stay level and are flanged for bolting to the floor. Gaskets seal the compartments shut, while latches ensure the doors are firmly closed. Corners in the compartments are coved instead of sharp, preventing debris buildup. To reduce limescale, a PowerFlush washes the generators, and two deliming ports enable thorough cleanup.
