Constructed of stainless steel for durability, the unit is supported by leveling feet for stability. The Vulcan C24ET10-LWE convection steamer includes dual high-output steam generators, equipped with a Smart Drain system and Powerflush, to ensure consistent steam production and simplified maintenance. Individual professional controls provide precision with a 60-minute timer, buzzer, and constant steam function for each compartment. A staged water fill system and split water line contribute to controlled steaming, while dual delime ports simplify cleaning.
