Wells MOD-100TD 1 Pan Built In Food Warmer w/ Thermostatic Controls, Drain, 120v

The Wells MOD100TD drop-in food warmer holds one standard food pan or a combination of fractional pans that add up to 12 inches by 20 inches. Its thermostatic controls are recessed to protect them from spills and damage, and they can be mounted on the front of the counter for user convenience. Due to the well's one-piece construction, this food warmer can be cleaned up quickly, and it is fully insulated to prevent heat loss. Because little heat moves through the walls, the well can be installed in nonmetal counters.

Although this Wells MOD100TD drop-in well works wet or dry, wet operation is ideal for the best food quality. Tubular elements heat to a temperature set by the user through the thermostatic controls, and once the unit is preheated, an indicator light informs the user. At the end of the day, a drain in the bottom of the well can release the water.
