This metal resists rust, corroding, warping, and is easy to clean. To expedite cleaning further, this unit features an open-pot arrangement as well as a built-in filtration system. Its bottom is sloped and equipped with a drain line through which users can remove sediment and old oil.
With an oil capacity of 60 pounds, the Frymaster 11814EF electric fryer measures 20 inches wide by 30 7/8 inches deep by 45 3/8 inches high. It features an oil-conserving design to improve efficiency and its SMART4U® programmable controls optimize product consistency. This unit comes with three twin fry baskets, which can be stored on the built-in basket hanger when not in use.
