The Frymaster 4FQG30U FilterQuick® gas fryer uses an oil-conserving mechanism, holding as much as 30 pounds of oil in each of its four frypots. Its SMART4U® technology uses Oil Attendant®a€”a mechanism that automatically refills oil from the jug-in-box, reducing hands-on user maintenance. This unit's easyTouch® controller helps tackle preventive maintenance by providing accessibility to monitor food and oil quality, oil life, and overall operation. When oil falls below its preset level, oil is automatically added to the unit to ensure its always ready to fry. Its automatic filtration system doesn't require users to open its cabinet; instead, they can simply press a button on the unit's front to initiate frequent filtering, improving oil quality and life. To prevent oil spill risk, one fry pot is filtered at a time.

Each of the four Frymaster 4FQG30U gas fryer frypots has a 13-inch-long by 14-inch-wide by 3 3/4-inch-deep frying area. Made of stainless steel, the open frypots are easy to clean. By inserting a USB into the port, common foods can be programmed into the easyTouch touchscreen controller, and specific recipes can be organized into different menus. The pots come with hangers and twin baskets, which can be stored on the rack-type basket supports to secure them in place during frying.
