Engineered to endure high-volume applications, the Frymaster CFHD160G Decathlon HD fryer has an 80-pound oil capacity, and the oil is heated with five 6-inch-diameter tubes for improved heat transfer. The Thermatron® temperature controller maintains temperatures within 1 degree for desired results, and the controller will adjust temperatures as needed when differently sized loads are added to the oil. Lengthening oil life, a filtration system is built into the fryer battery, moving oil into a gravity-draining system that enables the oil to drain into a filter pan to prevent drain line blockages. To streamline filtering for several units, it can support two Frymaster fryers, and it can filter as many as six fryers.
