This frypot's small size also reduces the amount of oil needed to fill the unit, saving on oil costs. To ensure oil quality is maintained at high standards over time, it has a built-in filtration system that has a two-lever mechanism, which is ingrained inside the unit to reduce risk of accidental filtration. Streamlining expulsion, oil is removed through the rear oil flush, located in the fryer battery.
