Each of the Frymaster FPEL314CA OCF30® Fryer Battery electric fryer's three frypots holds as much as 30 pounds of oil to maximize output. Their open pot structures are easy to clean, and they require less oil than other commercial fryer pots, reducing oil costs. For energy efficiency, they're heated with self-standing, swing-up, flat-bar heating elements, and temperature is monitored and adjusted with center-mounted RTD 1-degree-Fahrenheit action thermostat, producing consistent results. Users can also manage oil life, quality, and equipment performance with the SMART4U® technology 3000 controller. As many as 20 products can be input into the 20 programmable cook button to reduce preparation time, and cook time automatically adjusts to account for product load size.

To maintain good-tasting oil throughout operation, a built-in filtration system is integrated in the Frymaster FPEL314CA floor-model fryer's battery. Its handles are inset to reduce accidental adjustment that could turn on the filtration device. This deep fryer cart provides rack-type basket supports and a basket hanger for the included twin baskets, ensuring stabilization throughout operation. To withstand high-volume use, the frypots, doors, and cabinet sides have a stainless steel construction that resists corrosion and defends against common wear, such as dents and scratches. The 46 7/8-inch-wide by 30 7/8-inch-deep by 45 3/8-inch-high structure is furnished with adjustable casters to account for uneven surfaces and streamline repositioning as needed.
