It features an open-pot structure to streamline cleaning and its built-in filtration system lengthens the oil's lifespan to improve efficiency. If relocation is necessary, it can be wheeled between areas on adjustable casters. Powered by LP gas, this unit has a total output of 70,000 BTUs.

Measuring 13 5/8 inches wide by 35 5/8 inches deep by 45 3/8 inches high, the Frymaster FPGL130C gas deep fryer cart has an oil capacity of 30 pounds. Its oil-conserving design minimizes waste, and it's equipped with a drain safety switch to improve safety. For durability, it operates with infrared burners; to ease operation, it has SMART4U® 3000 controls that use operation management features to monitor and control oil and food quality, as well as oil life.
