To endure common wear from high-volume applications, the Frymaster FPLHD265 gas fryera€™s frypots, door, front, and sides have a durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction. Each of the two vats measures 18 inches long by 18 inches wide by 5 3/4 inches deep in its frying area, holding as much as 100 pounds of oil per vat. An 11-inch shelf with a marine edge is integrated in front of the vats to streamline plating while providing an additional barrier between the user and hot oil. To ensure the four included dual baskets are secured in place during the frying process, the unit is equipped with basket racks and basket hangers. Mounted on casters for easy repositioning, this floor-model fryer measures 40 inches wide by 36 1/4 inches deep by 43 inches high.

The Frymaster FPLHD265 gas fryera€™s frypots are heated with a Thermo-Tube system for even results, reducing the risk of cold spots or burning. To manage operation, the SMART4U® 3000 controller monitors oil quality and tracks equipment operation while providing the option to input foods into the programmable cook buttons. This unit also automatically adjusts cook times to match load size. The space-saving, built-in filtration system is on the batteries, and the unit pumps eight gallons per minute to efficiently drain oil and ensure freshness over time. At the bottom of the unit, the wide cold zone catches sediment that could cause burnt flavors in the oil. The zonea€™s front slope helps move debris toward the drain for quick removal.
