Each pot has a 50-pound oil capacity and 3-inch round drain pot. One cleaning cycle takes less than 5 minutes and can run while other fry pots are in use.

The FryMaster FPRE217 electric fryer has a melt cycle and boil-out mode, as well as a rear oil flush and drain safety switch. Casters with locks support cleaning under the fryer, and users can accurately read temperature settings with the front-mounted thermostat.
