The Frymaster FPRE314 electric fryer is designed for quick cleanup, as its open-pot vats keep the heating elements out of the oil, while a built-in filtration system removes sediment. The unit's frypots, cabinets, and doors are made of stainless steel to create a smooth surface that users can wipe clean.
