Each of the Frymaster FPRE414 electric fryer's four frypots has an open design and a 50-pound oil capacity to accommodate high-volume frying applications. Self-standing, swing-up, long-life heating elements warm the frypots efficiently while a thermostat mounted on the heating elements offers accurate temperature readings to prevent heat damage. Operators can monitor and adjust temperatures with the CM3.5 controller to ensure product is cooked to perfection. At the bottom of the frypots, a deep cold zone collects sediment that could impact oil taste, and a 1 1/4-inch full-port, ball-type drain valve removes buildup.

Designed to streamline maintenance and operation, the Frymaster FPRE414 electric fryer features a built-in filtration system that is housed in the cabinet, reducing hands-on tasks involving dangerously hot oil. The filter completes a cycle in 5 minutes and can operate while other frypots are in use. This unit also has an automatic melt cycle and a boil-out temperature control to prepare for future applications. The fryer's cabinet, doors, and frypots have a long-lasting, corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel construction that endures daily, heavy-duty applications. Overall, it measures 62 5/8 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 45 3/8 inches deep and is furnished with casters for maneuvering.
