To withstand daily, heavy-duty use, the Frymaster FPRE414TFC electric fryer's 62 5/8-inch-wide by 31-inch-deep by 45 3/8-inch-high structure is made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Ita€™s mounted on casters to facilitate smooth maneuvering for cleaning and maintenance. Each of the four frypots has a 50-pound oil capacity, is heated with self-standing, swing-up elements, and includes a sediment-catching cold zone. Twin baskets, rack-type basket supports, and basket hangers are included with the frypots to streamline the frying process.

A thermostat is mounted on the Frymaster FPRE414TFC electric fryera€™s heating elements to provide a precise temperature for the CM3.5 controller. This piece of equipment enables operators to monitor temperatures while modifying cook times. A filtration system built into the cabinet housing saves space, and filters as many as six fryers in one battery. Able to operate while other frypots are in use, it can filter a frypota€™s oil in 5 minutes.
