Designed to provide a long service life for heavy-duty frying applications, the Frymaster FPRE417 electric fryer batterya€™s cabinet, doors, and frypots are made of corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel. Ita€™s equipped with four open-style frypotsa€”each of which has a 50-pound oil capacity. These frypots are heated with self-standing, swing-up heating elements, and a thermostat provides accurate temperature readings to the temperature probe and CM3.5 controller. Operators can adjust and monitor cook times and temperatures with this controller to accommodate specific recipes. Able to be transported for cleaning and maintenance, it measures 62 5/8 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 45 3/8 inches high and is furnished with casters.

To preserve oil quality, the Frymaster FPRE417 electric fryer's frypots have cold zones that trap taste-altering sediment, and the zonea€™s slope forward to move buildup toward the front drain valve for removal. A filtration system built into the cabinet housing saves floor space and increases the frequency of filtration cycles. In just 5 minutes, the system can filter a frypot's oil, even while other frypots are in use. To streamline cleaning requirements, its drain pan has a front-sloping structure that doesna€™t leave behind residue, and its filter pan can be removed quickly. Overall, it can filter as many as six fryers in one battery.
