Located behind the front panel, the Frymaster MJ350 gas fryer's thermostat knob can be used to adjust the temperature as needed. Its fast-action probe provides a quick readout for monitoring, and the unit operates with millivolt controls that require no electric connection for use. Ensuring product remains fresh, sediment is removed from usable oil and led into the large cold zone. After use, crumbs and used fat can be removed easily with the unit's drain.

The Frymaster MJ350 commercial fryer comes with six fry baskets and three 50-pound-capacity oil vats to prepare food. During use, the baskets can be positioned on rack-type supports to prevent them from sliding into the vat, and after food is prepared, they can be placed on over-the-flue hangers to facilitate draining. Great for heavy-duty applications, the structure is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
