The filtration system built into the Frymaster SCFHD360G high-efficiency gas fryer saves floor space while increasing filtering frequency. It filters 50 pounds of oil in less than 5 minutes and can function while other frypots are in use to prevent operational lags. To reduce the risk of clogging, it uses an 8-GPM pump, and a large sump and hold-down ring create a vacuum for smooth operation. Its gravity-drain mechanism releases residual oil freely out of its 3-inch drain line. To preserve oil quality when the filter isn't in use, the frypots' wide cold zone traps harmful sediment away from the cooking area, then releases the sediment through the 1 1/2-inch full-port drain valve.

Each of the Frymaster SCFHD360G floor-model gas fryer's frypots has an 80-pound oil capacity, and their 18-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep by 3 3/4-inch-high frying areas enable operators to cook large quantities of breaded favorites. A thermo-tube heating system warms a large surface area of the frypots to reduce stress on the oil and extend its life. Operators can manage oil temperatures with the 1-degree-Fahrenheit compensating temperature probe and adjust temperatures with the Thermatron® controller as users fry different foods. To withstand long-term, commercial kitchen use, this 60-inch-wide by 39 3/8-inch-deep by 46 3/8-inch-high structure's front, frypots, doors, and sides are made of durable, corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel. The unit is also furnished with casters to streamline cleaning and maintenance.
