Encased in nickel-plated wire mesh, the Prince Castle 77-P Frequent Fryer? fryer basket measures 5⁵?₈ inches wide by 13¹?₄ inches deep by 5¹¹?₁₆ inches high. The small openings in the open wire construction help circulate shortening to evenly fry foods submerged in a vat of oil, and its front hook secures it in place. After users pull the basket out of the oil, the openings help drain oil for dry, crisp product. A sturdy, reinforced plastisol-dipped handle distances the user's hand from hot oil and ensures the basket stays attached when lifting. This basket has a green handle to assist with color-coding needs.
