When the temperature changes, the snap-action thermostat ensures quick response times.

Since twin baskets come with this Star 630FF countertop fryer, small batches of multiple products or large batches of one product can be prepared in the tank. Contrasting flavors such as chicken and fish should not use the same oil. Side hangers hold the baskets over the vat to drain oil, and durability is provided by the chrome plating on the steel mesh baskets.
