The Thunder Group SLFB001 fryer basket is designed for submersing food in hot oil for cooking; the nickel-plated wire mesh basket is round and reinforced by cross supports underneath. The basket's 9¹/₂-inch-long by 2¹/₈-inch-wide handle is uncoated and angled for resting on the fryer or hanging on the edge. The basket features a front hook that lets excess oil drain when attached, and its 11¹/₂-inch diameter can hold fries and chicken until crispy, golden, and ready for serving.
