the Vulcan 3ER85AF electric fryer is designed with a solid-state analog knob control system, providing precise temperature adjustments from 200 to 390 degrees Fahrenheit within +/- 2 degrees. This floor model fryer includes three 85-pound vats, offering a total oil capacity of 255 pounds to support high-volume frying operations. Multiple fat melt modes ensure controlled oil heating, while the low-watt density ribbon-style heating elements enhance heat recovery for efficient cooking.

For simplified oil management, the Vulcan 3ER85AF fryer features a 1 1/4-inch full-port ball-type drain valve for controlled oil removal. The drain valve interlock switch automatically shuts off heating elements when draining oil or lifting elements during cleaning. The Boil-Out ByPass® system allows boil-out solution to be removed without contact with the drain manifold, filter pan, or motor/pump. The seamless 18-gauge stainless steel filter pan supports the KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system, which extends oil life by capturing food debris. The fryer stands on four 6-inch adjustable legs for stability and height customization.
