The Vulcan 3ER85CF electric fryer is built with a 16-gauge stainless steel fry tank, providing durability for high-volume commercial kitchens. This floor model fryer features three 85-pound vats, offering a total oil capacity of 255 pounds to accommodate large frying operations. The Boil-Out ByPass® system allows boil-out solution to be removed without contact with the drain manifold, filter pan, or motor/pump. Ten programmable product keys and ten countdown timers simplify cooking management, while multiple fat melt modes enhance efficiency during operation.
Designed for easy oil management, the Vulcan 3ER85CF fryer includes a 1 1/4-inch full-port ball-type drain valve for quick and controlled oil removal. The drain valve interlock switch automatically shuts off heating elements when oil is drained or the elements are lifted for cleaning. The programmable computer control system ensures precise temperature adjustments from 200 to 390 degrees Fahrenheit within +/- 2 degrees. The 18-gauge stainless steel filter pan supports the KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system, which extends oil life by capturing food debris.
