Its durable temperature probe responds rapidly to temperature changes, maintaining your desired setting within the 200°F to 400°F range for optimal cooking control. A Millivolt safety control system is included for added reliability and peace of mind during operation.

Designed with ease of maintenance in mind, the frypot includes a forward-sloping bottom and a large cold zone that efficiently collects sediment, preserving oil quality and making routine cleaning fast and efficient. The entire frypot and cold zone can be cleaned by hand, so you can spend less time scrubbing and more time serving.
