The Dean SCFD260G gas fryer is designed with an integrated filtration system that includes a five-minute filter cycle and a rear oil flush to simplify maintenance. Its Thermatron® controller supports precise temperature regulation, while the melt cycle and boil-out modes help maintain oil quality. A stainless steel crumb catcher prevents debris from entering the oil, and the combination gas valve with a regulator enhances safety. This unit requires a ¹/₂-inch kitchen main manifold gas supply line and features a ¹/₄-inch diameter rear manifold gas line.

The Dean SCFD260G freestanding gas fryer is built with a two-vat design, enabling operators to cook multiple products simultaneously. Each vat accommodates 75 pounds of oil and features a wide cold zone to extend oil life by collecting sediment. The fryer's stainless steel frypot, door, front, and sides offer durability and resistance to corrosion. Operators can utilize the four twin baskets with hangers to streamline the frying process. To ensure efficient heating, each vat is equipped with five thermos-tube burners.
