Eagle Group EF10-120 Countertop Electric Fryer - (1) 15 lb Vat, 120v

To reduce maintenance needs, the Eagle Group EF10-120 countertop fryer has a self-cleaning Incoloy® sheath. Its tank is removable to filter fat and facilitate cleaning, and the single frypot has a capacity of 15 pounds. Extending its life in commercial environments, the pot and exterior are made of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel. The fry baskets are nickel plated for strength, and because there are two of them, multiple foods can be cooked at same time.

The Eagle Group EF10-120 electric fryer has thermostatic controls that enable temperature adjustment from 200 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Its light shines while the unit heats up, and when the set temperature is reached, it turns off to inform employees it's ready to cook. If the temperature reaches unsafe heights, a high-limit safety switch shuts off the heating elements. This is a countertop unit, ensuring it leaves a small footprint.
