The Eurodib SFE01860-120 electric countertop fryer has a 2-gallon capacity and an immersion-type stainless steel element. Operating from 105 to 370 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit has thermostatic controls. Made of stainless steel, the unit is strong and simple to clean. The head assembly tilts back and can be removed, so the operator can remove the tank for cleaning. To protect the components, thermal overload protection checks for overheating and shuts the unit down if needed. A nickel-plated fry basket is included, and non-skid feet keep the fryer stable.
