The Globe GF15G countertop fryer has a 15-pound oil capacity and cooks 20 to 25 pounds of fries in an hour. Heated by natural gas, the high-performance burners are made of strong stainless steel and recover heat quickly through snap-action thermostats. With high-limit protection, the power shuts off if the unit exceeds safe temperatures.

The nickel-plated fry basket includes an insulated handle that stays cool to the touch to protect users from burns. Built-in nesting grooves hold the basket after food has fried to drain oil. Most of the Globe GF15G gas fryer is made of stainless steel to enhance strength and facilitate cleanup, and its oil pan can be removed for quick disposal. Heat and fumes are sent into the exhaust hood by the flue deflector.
