To ensure a long service life and optimize performance, the Globe GF15PG countertop fryer is equipped with stainless steel tube burners. The remainder of the unit is also constructed of stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to rusting, scratching, denting, and corroding. It includes a nickel-plated fry basket with an insulated handle for comfort, and a built-in nesting groove provides a space to hold the basket when not in use. This unit's single vat can accommodate 15 pounds of frying oil.

A countertop model, the Globe GF15PG gas fryer measures 10.6 inches wide by 33.1 inches deep by 30 inches high. Its 4-inch stainless steel legs are adjustable, enabling operators to stabilize it on uneven surfaces. To streamline cleaning, it features an extension pipe and drain valve as well as a removable oil pan. If this unit's temperature exceeds its limit, the thermostat protection will shut it down to prevent overheating.
