It also comes with a scoop, while its filtered oil return feature simplifies access to the bottom of the frypot for cleaning. With a push of a button, users can refill the oil quickly, and the frypot has a 32-pound oil capacity. Oil can be safely removed with the 1¹?₄-inch full-port drain.

Using a two-step filtration process, the Pitco SSHLV14-C/FD gas fryer filters oil quickly, while a production monitor lets users know when filtration is needed. To keep oil close by for replacement, the base of the unit has a storage space to hold a jug of oil. This unit is mounted on 9-inch legs which are adjustable as needed until they're at a comfortable working height, while its stainless steel cabinet and tank are durable for repeated use.
