Its fry pot accommodates 45 to 50 pounds of oil and comes with twin fry baskets to secure the product as it cooks. To streamline cleaning and maintain oil quality, this unit features a large cold zone area and a 1¹?₄ full-port ball-type drain valve.

Built to endure high-volume use, the Vulcan 1VEG50M deep fryer's top, front, tank, reinforced door, and built-in flue deflector are constructed of stainless steel?a strong rust- and corrosion-resistant metal that's simple to wipe clean. To further ease cleaning, its matching stainless steel basket hanger is removable. For versatility, operators can adjust the fryer's temperature between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit using snap-action millivolt controls.
