The Vulcan 4ER50CF electric fryer is equipped with a programmable computer control system, allowing precise temperature regulation from 200 to 390 degrees Fahrenheit within +/- 2 degrees. This floor model fryer features four, 70-pound vats, providing a total oil capacity of 200 pounds for high-volume frying operations. The 10 programmable product keys and 10 countdown timers support streamlined cooking management, while multiple fat melt modes and a boil-out mode enhance efficiency during operation and maintenance.

To maintain oil quality and simplify cleaning, the Vulcan 4ER50CF electric fryer is equipped with a KleenScreen PLUS? filtration system, accommodating up to four fryer cabinets. A 1¹/₄-inch full-port ball-type drain valve ensures controlled oil removal, and the Drain Valve Interlock Switch (DVI) automatically turns off heating elements when draining oil or lifting elements during cleaning. The stainless steel cabinet and seamless 16-gauge fry tank offer durability, while four 6-inch adjustable legs provide stability. Twin fry baskets with plastic-coated handles are included for safe food handling.
