With this 60" restaurant range with a griddle broiler, 6 burners and 2 ovens you have everything you need to satisfy almost every one of your menu items. The stainless steel front and sides of this 6 burner restaurant range are easy to clean and resistant to damage. The stainless steel backguard features a removable stainless steel shelf and helps to keep walls clean and kitchens organized. The 6" adjustment steel legs allow you to adjust this 2 oven restaurant range to blend in with the rest of your cookline. The large control knobs are easy to use and the gas regulator allows you to control your gas usage. The 12" section stamped drip trays have dimpled bottoms. The 24" raised griddle broiler allows you melt cheeses, scramble eggs, and broil steaks at the same time. The 5/8" thick steel griddle plate has manual hi/lo valves and a 23" working surface. The snap action modulating oven thermostat has a range of low to 500 degrees. The large porcelain oven interior is easily to clean and standardized sheet pans fit easily. The strong keep-cool oven door handles allow the operator to work comfortably. The nickel plated oven racks will easily last you for years to come and the 3 rack guides provide versatility.
