The Turbo Air TARG-2B48G Radiance restaurant range features a combination of equipment ideal for high-volume locations. The top is fitted with two open burners set on the left side of the unit while a 48-inch-wide griddle spans across the right side. All are controlled with knobs for precise heating.
Two standard-sized ovens are located at the bottom of the Turbo Air TARG-2B48G two burner gas range with griddles, each fitted with its own wire rack and controlled via thermostatic knobs. The full unit is made of stainless steel at the front, sides, back high shelf, and oven interior. Operation of the unit is reliant on natural gas input reaching 215,000 BTU. Overall, the unit measures 60 inches wide by 31 7/8 inches deep by 56 1/2 inches high.
