The Vulcan VGM36 gas range features three 30,000-BTU burners with individual pilots and manual controls to cook multiple items at different temperatures simultaneously. It includes a 3/4-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate to saute vegetables, cook hamburgers, or fry eggs. To prolong its service life in rigorous kitchens, its front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back are constructed of stainless steel. This unit includes a 4-inch-high side splash guard and an extra-deep stainless steel crumb tray for simple cleaning. Overall, this model measures 36 inches wide by 41 7/8 inches deep by 40 1/2 inches high.
Because the Vulcan VGM36 commercial range includes a standard oven, operators can roast meats and vegetables while cooking on the stove. Its porcelain-constructed bottom, sides, and interior door panel can simply be wiped clean, while its heavy-duty door has counterweight door hinges for simple opening and closing. This oven includes one rack with three rack positions to accommodate various pan sizes. For flexible heating, its temperature ranges from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. It operates at 50,000 BTU, and its interior measures 27 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 13 inches high.
