Vulcan VGMT36S 36" Gas Range W/ Full Griddle & Standard Oven, Liquid Propane
Great for kitchens that prepare a lot of proteins and breakfast foods, the Vulcan VGMT36S V-Series gas range has a griddle top, and the 3/4-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate is thick enough to retain and evenly distribute heat for long periods. The griddle is separated into three heating sections, each of which has a pilot light, temperature control knob, and snap-action thermostat. Splash guards keep splatter on the griddle plate, and a stub riser along the back keeps excess heat away from combustible surfaces.
This Vulcan VGMT36S heavy-duty gas range has a standard oven base, and because this type of oven does not have convection fans, it does not heat up as evenly or quickly. This type of standard oven is often used for finishing food cooked on the stovetop, melting and browning product. So it is nonstick, the oven cavity is made of porcelain, preventing food from building up and making the cleaning process more difficult than necessary.
