Vulcan VGT24 24" Gas Range Griddle - Modular, Natural Gas

Sized for placement on countertops, workstations, or equipment stands, the Vulcan VGT24 heavy-duty commercial gas range is a modular unit measuring 24 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 17 15/16 inches tall. To complement other pieces of back-of-house equipment and provide long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance, its front, stub back, front top ledge, sides, base, and burner box are made of resilient stainless steel. It rests on 4-inch-tall flanged feet that can be raised or lowered to stabilize on uneven surfaces to minimize the chance of the unit rocking and wobbling during use.

Powered by natural gas, the Vulcan VGT24 gas range's two griddle burners can output a total of 60,000 BTUs per hour. Each burner features a separate pilot light and snap-action thermostatic controls so users can heat the 24-inch-wide griddle surface to different temperatures to cook contrasting foods simultaneously. The 3/4-inch-thick griddle plate is thick enough to withstand consecutive heating and cooling, reducing its chance of warping through high-volume use. Side splashes along the plate's left and right sides create a 4-inch-tall barrier that prevents pops of oil from splashing onto adjacent surfaces.
