Great for simultaneously cooking two foods with varying cooking requirements, the Vulcan VGT24B commercial range's 24-inch-wide griddle features two 30,000-BTU burners with individual pilot lights and snap-action thermostatic controls. The polished steel griddle plate measures 3/4 of an inch thick to heat evenly, remain hot after use to minimize reheating time, and withstand the stress of repeated heated and cooling. To protect staff and nearby surfaces from hot pops of oil, 4-inch-tall splash guards are built onto the unit's sides.

The Vulcan VGT24B heavy-duty gas range's base features a cabinet with universal rack guides and one removable shelf that can accommodate oils, spices, flour, utensils, cookware, and other frequently used items. A hinged stainless steel door conceals the base, securing stored contents in place. For stability during use, this unit measures 24 inches wide by 36 1/2 inches deep by 36 inches tall and is fitted with 6-inch-tall legs that can be raised or lowered to level the unit on sloped, bumpy, or irregular flooring. The stub back, sides, base, burner box, front top ledge, and front are made of stainless steela€”a durable, corrosion-resistant metal that's simple to wipe clean.
