The Cambro BR258119 Camrack® base rack's one compartment and 19³Aa€z₄-inch-wide by 19³Aa€z₄-inch-deep by 4-inch-high structure accommodates bowls, pans, and pots. Water and air can pass through the rack's open interior and circulate around dishware for thorough cleaning and drying. The rack's closed walls protect dishware from contaminants during cleaning cycles and in storage. Because it's made of polypropylene, it resists chemicals and temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit and is safe for high-volume warewasher use. This Sherwood green base can be incorporated into color-coded systems to organize inventory.
