The compartments' open structures encourage water and air to circulate uniformly so glasses can be cleaned and dried thoroughly, while the closed exterior wall prevents airborne particulates from entering the rack. To endure heavy use in dishrooms, this rack is made of durable, chemical-resistant polypropylene built to withstand temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
