The ventless hood of the Cadco BLS-4FTR-2H double full-size convection oven features two automatic fans with two speed settings. The interior of each unit measures 4 cubic feet and can hold four full-size sheet pans. When opening the cool-touch, side-opening doors, the unit automatically shuts off the fan and heat. The cart segment can hold five full-size sheet pans and boasts four casters.

TOUCH series, each unit of the Cadco BLS-4FTR-2H double full-size convection oven sports a touchscreen with USB programming capability, Wi-Fi connection, and a graphic display. The unit can save 99 programs, six humidity settings, and has a 10-hour timer that can be set to continuous. The oven?s heat settings range from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
