The Cadco BLS-4HTR-1H single half-size convection oven?s ventless hood features two automatic fans with two speed settings. The interior measures 2.1 cubic feet and can hold four half-size sheet pans. Opening the cool-touch, side-hinged door will automatically shut off the fan and heat for user safety. The station includes a cart segment that can hold 10 full-size sheet pans and is mounted on four casters for smooth mobility.
