John Boos DNB07 48" Maple Top Bakers Table w/ 4" Splash & Open Base, 30"D
The 13/4-inch-thick hard rock maple top on the John Boos DNB07 bakery table doesn't conduct temperatures like stainless steel, so it's warmer and more insulated for working with dough. This top has antimicrobial protection to slow bacterial growth and its built-in riser keeps ingredients contained. The unit is mounted on galvanized legs with adjustable bracings that maintain sturdiness. Bullet feet adjust on nonlevel surfaces, keeping the table stable.
