The undershelf is adjustable to accommodate various product, and for strength, the shelf and legs are galvanized. Constructed of stainless steel, this unit is resilient and rust resistant, ensuring it can withstand extended use in a busy environment. This material is 18 gauge, so it isn't quite as strong as 14- and 16-gauge options; this is ideal for manual prepping without equipment. It has an elegant satin finish, and the exposed areas are polished for protection.
