The undershelf on the John Boos FBLGR5-3030 worktable is adjustable to accommodate both large and small kitchen supplies. Small equipment can be used on the sound-deadened top without creating too much noise, and it's made of stainless steel for strength and streamlined cleaning. It's best suited for lightweight applications because the top is 18 gauge, which is thinner than 14- and 16-gauge alternatives. To stabilize the unit, it's mounted on adjustable bullet feet, and the legs are galvanized for sturdy installation.
