John Boos FBLGR5-3630 36" 18 ga Work Table w/ Undershelf & 430 Series Stainless Top, 5" Backsplash
The flat top on the John Boos FBLGR5-3630 worktable is sound deadened to produce minimal noises in the kitchen. Because this unit is made of stainless steel, it's strong enough to support prepping tasks, and it's resistant to rust, corrosion, and scratches. This 18-gauge metal isn't as thick as 16-gauge and 14-gauge options, so it's best for prep tasks that are done by hand. To protect the wall from water damage, this unit has a 5-inch backsplash that contains splashes and splatter. The table is welded and polished to hide any exposed surfaces that could cut users.
