Because the top is made of lightweight stainless steel, it's best for manual prep tasks such as chopping, cutting, and other tasks done by hand. This top has straight sides that sit flush against walls, equipment, and other tables, while the front and rear has a stallion design that eliminates sharp edges. To accommodate small supplies, the table has an adjustable undershelf.
