The John Boos LT6-3048SSW work table provides additional prepping space when added to the kitchen, and its adjustable height makes it perfect for a wide variety of uses and applications. Powered by hydraulics and a hand crank, the table can be adjusted single handedly, and the crank is foldable to remain out of the way after use. For reliable use in a high-volume facility, the table is made of stainless steel, and the top's 16-gauge thickness makes it resistant to dents and sagging.
