With a 120-inch width and 30-inch depth, the John Boos ST6-30120SBK commercial work table provides plenty of space for prep work. It has a 16-gauge stainless steel top, which is durable enough to support manual work or prepping with food processors, mixers, blenders, and other small equipment. The top has a flat design without a backsplash, and it has 90-degree side edges that line up flush to other surfaces. To avoid injury risks, the front and back edges have a stallion design that's dulled, while the base is made of stainless steel, with adjustable cross rails that span across the sides and rear for structural stability. Maintaining a level working surface on uneven flooring, its bullet feet are adjustable.
